Symptoms of dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, frequent urination and mood swings continue. BABY: many cells are being formed and differentiated into major organs. The most important milestone this month is the beginning of the heartbeat, the limb buds and facial features begin to take shape. DO: Have a balanced diet and engage in some mild form of exercise.DON'T: go more than 2 to 3 hours without eating. Avoid caffeinated beverages.THIRD MONTH MOM: Expect to have gained some weight.
