In 1912, the Congress of the United States granted the American Medical Association exclusive control over the development and delivery of medicine. This marked the beginning of an ongoing 100+ year Machiavellian monopolization of the medical marketplace by the MDs and the pharmaceutical industry. This medical monopoly has been in place for so long that most people do not even recognize it as such. In fact, it was this monopoly that gave rise to the perjorative term "Alternative Medicine." The rise to power of the MDs effectively eliminated any chance of a free medical market. It is this lack of a free medical market (which would allow for equal access to Naturopathic medicine, Chiropractic medicine, Homeopathic medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, Acupuncture, Ayurvedic medicine, Herbalism, etc) that is responsible for the horrible health outcomes we are facing here in the 21st century. Why? - Because the type of medicine that the MDs are trained in (Allopathic medicine) is best suited for Surgery, Trauma Care and a handful of Infectious Diseases. For most of the conditions that most people go to the doctor for most of the time, MD directed medicine is completely inappropriate. It is the wrong dog for the hunt. In point of fact, since the MDs have been in exclusive control of the medical marketplace, chronic diseases are accelerating. Alzheimer's, Autism, Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, ADHD, and Cancer (to name a few) are all increasing in incidence. The MDs will argue that these things are happening because of genetics - but this is a dodge, an untruth, a red herring designed to make excuses for their gargantuan failures. Interestingly, it is the wholistic medical professionals of the world who hold the keys to the cures that so many sick and suffering people are desperately searching for. The MD Medical Monopoly would have you believe that these "Alternative" doctors are quacks, undeserving of the title "doctor"- but that is also a lie. It is a baseless ad-hominem attempt to discredit the competition in order to deflect the conversation concerning health outcomes away from the simple fact that while people all around the world have been paying through their noses for medical access, the system of medicine that they have been granted access to has let them down completely. In this book Dr Glidden helps you to understand the arc of medical evolution over the last 2 centuries, and more importantly he gives you insight based on his 30 years of clinical work as a licensed naturopathic doctor, into the THREE THING that everybody needs to do to get themselves into the game of healing. Let Dr. Glidden give you a guided tour of the undiscovered country of Science-Based, Clinically Verified, Wholistic Naturopathic Medicine. Prepare to have your illusions shattered...

Copeland s Cure

Today, one out of every three Americans uses some form of alternative medicine, either along with their conventional (“standard,” “traditional”) medications or in place of them. One of the most controversial–as well as one of the most popular–alternatives is homeopathy, a wholly Western invention brought to America from Germany in 1827, nearly forty years before the discovery that germs cause disease. Homeopathy is a therapy that uses minute doses of natural substances–minerals, such as mercury or phosphorus; various plants, mushrooms, or bark; and insect, shellfish, and other animal products, such as Oscillococcinum. These remedies mimic the symptoms of the sick person and are said to bring about relief by “entering” the body’s “vital force.” Many homeopaths believe that the greater the dilution, the greater the medical benefit, even though often not a single molecule of the original substance remains in the solution. In Copeland’s Cure, Natalie Robins tells the fascinating story of homeopathy in this country; how it came to be accepted because of the gentleness of its approach–Nathaniel Hawthorne and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow were outspoken advocates, as were Louisa May Alcott, Harriet Beecher Stowe, and Daniel Webster. We find out about the unusual war between alternative and conventional medicine that began in 1847, after the AMA banned homeopaths from membership even though their medical training was identical to that of doctors practicing traditional medicine. We learn how homeopaths were increasingly considered not to be “real” doctors, and how “real” doctors risked expulsion from the AMA if they even consulted with a homeopath. At the center of Copeland's Cure is Royal Samuel Copeland, the now-forgotten maverick senator from New York who served from 1923 to 1938. Copeland was a student of both conventional and homeopathic medicine, an eye surgeon who became president of the American Institute of Homeopathy, dean of the New York Homeopathic Medical College, and health commissioner of New York City from 1918 to 1923 (he instituted unique approaches to the deadly flu pandemic). We see how Copeland straddled the worlds of politics (he befriended Calvin Coolidge, Herbert Hoover, and Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, among others) and medicine (as senator, he helped get rid of medical “diploma mills”). His crowning achievement was to give homeopathy lasting legitimacy by including all its remedies in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938. Finally, the author brings the story of clashing medical beliefs into the present, and describes the role of homeopathy today and how some of its practitioners are now adhering to the strictest standards of scientific research–controlled, randomized, double-blind clinical studies. One day Raymond Francis, a chemist and a graduate of MIT, found himself in a hospital, battling for his life. The diagnosis: acute chemical hepatitis, chronic fatigue, multiple chemical sensitivities, and several autoimmune syndromes, causing him to suffer fatigue, dizziness, impaired memory, heart palpitations, diarrhea, numbness, seizures and numerous other ailments. Knowing death was imminent unless he took action, Francis decided to research solutions for his disease himself. His findings and eventual recovery led him to conclude that almost all disease can be both prevented and reversed. In Never Be Sick Again, Francis presents a seminal work based on these findings - a revolutionary theory of health and disease: there is only one disease (malfunctioning cells), only two causes of disease (deficiency and toxicity), and six pathways to health and disease (nutrition, toxins, psychological, physical, genetic, and medical). This remarkable book answers the questions: What is health? What is disease? Why do people get sick? How can disease be prevented? How can it be reversed? It will teach readers, in one easy lesson, an entirely new way to look at health and disease - an approach that is easy to understand, yet so powerful that they may, indeed, never have to be sick again. Providing a basic understanding of health and disease, this book takes the mystery out of disease. It provides readers, no matter what their present physical condition, a holistic approach to living that will empower them to get well - and stay well.

The book EPIGENETICS is a global update of Darwin's book The Origin of Species. There is no other book that embraces all of the events (political, socially, biologically, nutritionally, chemically and genetically) that have been spawned since the publication of The Origin of Species by Darwin more than 100 years ago. EPIGENETICS is required reading for the very survival of Americans and yes all of humanity - modern man has bet on the wrong horse to save them from disease and pestilence - the medical system has failed us fearfully. It is predictable that this book will impact the world of the everyday man, science, politics, social engineering and medicine to the same degree that Darwin's The Origin of Species did more than 100 years ago. This book will be welcomed and enjoyed by religious leaders, community leaders, educators, parents and students of biology, nutrients and genetics in all forms. The general public will obviously be the larger market. Dr. Wallach has been lecturing 300 times per year to national and international audiences for more than 20 years. Dr.s Wallach and Ma have 10 best- selling books that were self-published (the best known Dead Doctors Don't Lie -hundreds of thousands sold - a favorite with Amazon.com) and dozens of CD titles - the most listened to of which is Dead Doctors Don't Lie which has sold just short of 200 million copies - Dr. Wallach's audience is very large and very loyal. Historically, Wallach's audiences range from 100 to 500 people, however, in the last 10 years enlarged by simulcast technology his audiences can range into the tens of thousands.
